1 Scope of Web Development Services
Website Developer provides professional website engineering, WordPress theme and plugin customization, ultra-fast static websites, WhatsApp eCommerce stores, local SEO optimization, and website maintenance solutions.
Any additional features, integrations, or out-of-scope modifications requested after initial proposal approval are subject to separate estimation and agreement.
2 Client Materials & Content Responsibilities
The client agrees to supply all necessary text, images, brand logos, and required third-party API keys in a timely manner. The client warrants that all provided media and text are legally owned or appropriately licensed.
3 Payment Terms & Milestones
- Standard custom projects commence upon receipt of the mutually agreed advance deposit.
- Intermediate milestone payments are due upon staged demo approvals.
- Final production deployment and full source-code transfer occur upon settlement of the remaining project balance.
4 Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon full payment of all contracted invoices, the client receives complete ownership of the custom frontend layouts, graphics, and customized source files produced specifically for their web project. Open-source libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective open licenses.
5 Post-Launch Bug Fix Warranty
We provide a 30-day complimentary post-launch warranty for all custom-built websites to address any unexpected layout glitches or code bugs resulting from our direct implementation.
